  • Committed to access for all, Dr. Danika Tynes, founder of Sustainable Access Foundation (SAF) and Fulbright Consultant Roster appointee, is motivated to obtain results for organizations seeking to be better positioned to create sustainable value and solutions for the populations they serve.

    Dr. Tynes approaches her work through open dialogue, engagement, and coordinated cohesion for community-driven development, allowing agility, scalability, innovation, and impact. Leveraging innovative insights, including best practices, technological advancements, analytics, experience, and expertise, Dr. Tynes contributes predictably impactful co-creative collaborations that can be deployed in harmony with community objectives for sustainable legacy-building.

    As a strategic advisor and health systems professional for the past 20+ years, Dr. Tynes has implemented:

    • Numerous enterprise-wide electronic health records

    • Consumer-directed care solutions

    • Telehealth solutions

    • Project management offices

    • Independent verification and validation solutions

    • Operations management tools

    • Medicaid systems, APIs and cloud-based tools

    • Data analytics models

    All of these were wrapped in organizational change management, all with an eye on best practice, all in an effort to further strengthen systems. 

    Across large payor and provider organizations, U.S. state and federal clients, and multiple non-governmental agencies, Dr. Tynes is driven by creating opportunities for equity and access to healthcare for the world’s most vulnerable populations. Towards this aim, Dr. Tynes is actively engaged in policy and research to enable such access through her work in closing the digital divide and increasing digital literacy and inclusion.

  • Claudia Lamptey is a bilingual professional with a background in finance and international development. She holds an Executive MBA in Finance and is currently advancing her expertise through doctoral studies in International Development. Her career is distinguished by extensive experience in combating human trafficking, demonstrating a commitment to global social issues. Claudia's unique combination of financial acumen and international development knowledge positions her as a valuable asset in addressing global challenges.


  • In her career as a policy steward and community developer, Melissa has garnered recognition for her contributions to the lives of women, children and their communities through mentorship, innovative service delivery and a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. She has been honored with government Deputy Ministers’ awards, the Zonta Mentor Award, is featured in the Company of Women magazine and is a best selling author, sharing her story to validate and empower others. Melissa’s favorite memory, though, is being awarded a scholarship to attend United Nations University, where she developed the Millennium Development Goals (now Sustainable Development Goals). Melissa believes that every person should be asked who they want to be and provided access to achieve it with practical excellence.

  • Joy Aliba Edumu is a dedicated communications professional passionate about helping non-profits effectively share their stories and amplify their impact. With a background in marketing and communications, Joy has honed her skills in crafting compelling narratives, managing communications strategies, and providing exceptional administrative support.


    Her expertise extends to virtual assistance, social media management, and podcast management where she ensures that every interaction reflects the mission and values of the organizations she supports.

  • Meet Ron Piepsny, a seasoned IT project management professional with a PMP certification and a B.S. in Mathematics. Ron's expertise shines in leading complex, high-value projects across startups, federal agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. He has a talent for aligning projects with business objectives, from cybersecurity to C-suite presentations, consistently delivering within scope, time, and budget while enhancing operational efficiencies.

    Recently, Ron's passion led him to the nonprofit sector. He's now lending his skills to the Sustainable Access Foundation, assisting with project selection, delivery, tracking, and reporting. Ron also hosts weekly "office hours," mentoring and training the next generation of project managers.

    Based in North Ridgeville, OH, Ron and his wife Renee are proud parents of two grown daughters and doting grandparents to a new granddaughter. As retirement approaches, they've caught the travel bug, exploring places they've only read about or seen on screen. When not globetrotting, you'll find them enjoying walks, bike rides, or good food and conversations with family and friends.

    With his warm personality, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills, Ron excels in roles requiring both technical proficiency and cross-functional leadership, making work feel like a team adventure.
